Booking regulations and terms
Dear guest, we are glad to have you as our guest and wish you a pleasant stay at our Centro Vacanze. Please read the following information, which will help you make the most of our services and facilities and enjoy a peaceful vacation at Centro Vacanze Camping Spinnaker.
Art 1. ACCEPTANCE OF GUESTS AND VISITORS
Guest check-in and registration formalities at Reception are permitted only during the hours posted at the entrance of the Centro Vacanze and must be carried out according to the procedures established by Management. These measures are also intended to encourage online check-in and staggered, scheduled arrivals.
1.0. Upon or before arrival, guests are required to:
1.2. Minors are only allowed if accompanied by their parents or authorized adults who are directly responsible for them.
1.3. The Management will provide guests with an identification bracelet, which is strictly personal and non-transferable, and must be worn and shown whenever requested. Access to the Centro Vacanze is only allowed at the established times to those who are properly registered.
1.4. The Management will authorize vehicle access to the parking lots for each group and for one car only. The car's identification details must be provided upon booking or upon arrival.
1.5. Visitors are not allowed; in exceptional cases, the Management reserves the right to accept them subject to the organizational requirements of the Centro Vacanze and, in any case, at its own discretion. Those accepted, and in any case for no more than 12 hours, must give their identity document to the Management upon arrival, comply with these Regulations and undertake to leave the Centro Vacanze by 8 p.m. on the day of arrival.
1.6. Guests of the Centro Vacanze are required to ensure that their visitors have been permitted by the Management and are, in any case, responsible for their behavior.
1.7. All arrivals and departures must be communicated to the Management: failure to do so will result in the daily rate calculated from the date of arrival being charged for each change.
1.8. No unauthorized people are allowed inside. Anyone found inside the accommodation without being registered and/or authorized will be reported to the authorities for trespassing (Art. 614 of the Italian Criminal Code).
1.9. In the event that the caravan, RV, pre-caravan, or tent is left unattended, Management shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during the absence of the occupants.
1.10. Equipment and any accessories installed by guests on the pitches must be completely mobile, removable, temporary, and transportable. No direct and permanent connections to water, electricity, sewer, or gas systems are allowed on the pitches. Fences cannot be installed, and no paving is allowed. The assigned pitches must be left free and clear of people and belongings, as well as any other structures, by 10:00 a.m. on the date of departure or storage. By this same date, all equipment or mobile structures must be removed from the Centro Vacanze. In the event of failure to comply, by signing these rules, the guest authorizes the Management to remove any equipment left on the pitch, which will be transferred outside the Centro Vacanze Spinnaker, without any liability for theft and/or damage, and with the right to charge you for the costs incurred for their removal and storage.
1.11. Management reserves the right to access, at any time, the assigned areas and accommodation units whenever deemed necessary for reasons of urgency, maintenance, inspections, or checks, including those related to cleanliness and decorum, as well as to carry out any work considered necessary, at its sole discretion.

- read these Regulations and sign them, including electronically, to confirm acceptance;
- provide their identity documents for registration or send them electronically;
- check the accuracy of the records made by the Management and report any discrepancies and/or changes.
1.2. Minors are only allowed if accompanied by their parents or authorized adults who are directly responsible for them.

1.11. Management reserves the right to access, at any time, the assigned areas and accommodation units whenever deemed necessary for reasons of urgency, maintenance, inspections, or checks, including those related to cleanliness and decorum, as well as to carry out any work considered necessary, at its sole discretion.
Art 2. PROHIBITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
2.0. The opening hours of the offices and of the various services are displayed in the rooms and areas designated for this purpose. The start and end dates of sports and entertainment activities may not correspond to the opening and closing dates of the Centro Vacanze. This is without prejudice to any interruption of services due to extraordinary maintenance decided at the sole discretion of the Management or extraordinary events.
2.1. From midnight to 8 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. (quiet hours), any noise disturbing the peace and quiet of guests is strictly prohibited, as is the assembly and dismantling of tents. Therefore, during these hours, arrivals, departures, and the circulating of motor vehicles are not allowed, with the exception of service vehicles, gatherings or noisy meetings, and the use of the playground, sports facilities, and recreational facilities. Hearing aids or sound devices, including radios or other similar devices that produce sound, must always be kept at a low volume and strictly turned off during the above hours. Anyone who causes repeated disturbances may be removed from the Cenro Vacanze. Exceptions to the quiet hours can be allowed for events organized by the Management and for organizational needs of the Centro Vacanze.
2.2. It's strictly forbidden to damage or mess with the plants and equipment, dig holes or ditches, spill oil, fuel, hot liquids, salt, or trash on the ground, or tie tarps or anything else to the plants or shade structures. It is forbidden to dispose of waste water of any kind and from any source outside the designated points within the Centro Vacanze (mandatory procedure for the disposal of sewage from caravans and RVs, which must be disposed of only at the specified times) and/or outside the toilet facilities. Each guest is required to maintain and preserve the hygiene, cleanliness, and decorum of the areas and, more specifically, to use the toilet facilities in a civil and appropriate way. Guests who fail to comply with these rules may be asked to leave the Centro Vacanze.
2.3. It's also forbidden to light fires outside, especially on windy days, even in designated areas. Any violations of the law and these rules can lead to being asked to leave the Centro Vacanze and being reported to the authorities.
2.4. Each guest is responsible for keeping their own belongings safe. Any items or valuables found within the Centro Vacanze must be handed over to the Management for the purposes required by law.
2.5. Use of the beach concession in front of the Centro Vacanze and related facilities is subject to a fee. For regulations concerning the beach concession, please see the specific rules listed below.
2.6. Minors, even when temporarily entrusted to a baby club or similar service, must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or by individuals appointed by them, this includes the use of toilet facilities, sports facilities, playgrounds, and the beach concession. In this regard, Management declines all responsibility.
2.7. The use of sports facilities, beach concessions, playgrounds, and recreational and service equipment requires special attention and compliance with the regulations and instructions posted in the areas designated for this purpose. Children under the age of 3 and over the age of 12 are not allowed to use the playground. Access to the playground is only permitted during the hours established by the Management.
2.8. Pets are allowed inside the Centro Vacanze. In order to ensure that all guests enjoy their stay, we kindly ask you to strictly observe the following rules regarding pets:
2.8.1. pets are allowed only on the pitch and in certain types of accommodation units and in limited numbers, i.e. a maximum of 1 pet per pitch or accommodation unit; the presence of more than one pet will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Management;
2.8.2. the presence of pets must be reported upon booking and arrival; the Management reserves the right to accept the pet at its discretion if it doesn't comply with what was stated by the guest during the booking process.
2.8.3. upon arrival, you must show the appropriate vaccination booklet and valid insurance certificate; registration with the registry office and microchip implantation are required, all as per law;
2.8.4. within the Centro Vacanze, there are dispensers for biodegradable bags for collecting waste; pets must be accompanied outside the Centro Vacanze or to the area designated as the “dog play area” for their needs, which must be immediately removed with a special bag and scoop; in the event of any inconvenience within the Centro Vacanze, owners are required to immediately collect the waste in tightly closed bags, place them in the appropriate bins and, where appropriate, pour water to maintain and preserve the hygiene and decorum of the areas;
2.8.5. You can't leave your pets alone on your pitch or accommodation unit.
2.8.6. Pets can't roam freely around the Centro Vacanze. They must always be kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 meters, and aggressive pets must also wear a muzzle.
2.8.7. pets are allowed on the beach only within the designated and marked area known as the “dog beach,” located next to the licensed beach concession. Swimming for pets is subject to municipal and regional regulations;
2.8.8. pets are not allowed in all the areas within the Centro Vacanze; dogs are allowed to enter, walk around, and stay in the area designated as the “dog play area”; outside this area, pets are only allowed to be walked to leave the Centro Vacanze and to reach the bar and restaurant, where pets will be allowed only at the outdoor tables or in the areas indicated by the staff, subject to any restrictions that the Management reserves the right to implement in the event of particular crowding; pets are not allowed inside the supermarket, sports facilities, playground, pool, theater, wellness center, or toilet facilities;
2.8.9. it is not permitted to bring pets inside the toilet facilities; pets may only be washed in the designated areas; it is not permitted to wash clothing, beds, blankets, or anything else belonging to dogs in the shared washing machines;
2.8.10. owners must ensure that their pet doesn't bother other guests and doesn't get on other people's pitches or in their accommodation;
2.8.11. it is the responsibility of owners to ensure maximum compliance with health and hygiene standards during the pet's stay in the accommodation units. It is forbidden to use bed linen or towels for pets, as well as to allow them on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.;
2.8.12. Any damage caused to third parties and to the Centro Vacanze's facilities by pets is fully the responsibility of the owner.
2.8.13. The acceptance of medium- or large-sized dogs (over 10 kg) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of the Management.
2.8.14. The Management reserves the right to ask guests who do not comply with the rules specified above to leave the holiday village, especially in the case of particularly aggressive dogs.
2.8.15. The Management doesn't accept mistreatment of pets, even if done by their owners. Any mistreatment of pets will be reported to the authorities.
2.9. Waste must be collected in suitable, tightly closed bags and thrown into the bins. Glass, paper, plastic, and metal items must be placed in the recycling bins located in the designated areas (recycling center). Within the Centro Vacanze, it's forbidden to dispose of bulky waste such as furniture, bedding, mattresses, appliances, bikes, etc. These items can't be left on the pitch or near the bins; guests are responsible for disposing of them according to the procedures set out by law.
2.10. Washing cars, pets, caravans, tents, verandas, RVs, tarpaulins and tarps is only allowed in the designated areas and at the established times. Washing is not allowed on the pitches inside the Centro Vacanze.
2.11. For washing laundry and tableware, you can only use the designated sinks; therefore, it's not allowed to use drinking fountains to wash swimsuits, tableware, clothes, pets or anything else.
2.12. Only with the prior express permission of the Management you can:
2.13.1. do not light open fires under any circumstances.
2.13.2. do not light fires inside the accommodation units (except for cooking appliances).
2.13.3. do not use wood- and/or charcoal-fueled barbecues near the accommodation units or vegetation.
2.13.4. do not light fires outside the designated fire areas.
2.13.5. keep all cooking appliances (grills/stoves/barbecues and similar) at a safe distance from sheets and tents.
2.13.6. in the event of authorized use, grills and barbecues must be equipped with appropriate non-combustible side protections; the surrounding ground must be cleared of any flammable material; adequate wind shields must be set up; the fire must be fully extinguished before leaving the area;
2.13.7. strictly limit the total quantity of portable LPG containers to a maximum of 10 kg per pitch;
2.13.8. install portable LPG containers in an upright position off the ground, with the valve at the top, protected from accidental impact and sunlight, with an easily accessible shut-off valve;
2.13.9. the connection between portable LPG cylinders, the pressure regulator, and the appliance must be made using suitable piping, in accordance with proper industry standards;
2.13.10. do not carry out the transfer of LPG from portable cylinders, or from them to the fuel tanks of LPG-powered vehicles;
2.13.11. do not park cars close to residential units;
2.13.12. keep the areas between tents and caravans clean, tidy, and free from combustible or flammable materials;
2.13.13. it is strictly forbidden to occupy, even temporarily, vacant pitches or roadways with cars, tables, sun loungers, drying racks, etc., as this may obstruct emergency escape routes;
2.13.14. smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas where this prohibition is in force, as indicated by the appropriate signs.
2.14. In any case, the Management declines all responsibility for:
2.14.1. activities carried out by operators of business branches leased within the Centro Vacanze, such as bars, restaurants, markets, sports facilities, wellness centers, etc.;
2.14.2. the quality of packages for the part exceeding the accommodation;
2.14.3. the management shall not be held liable for damage to property or persons resulting from the toxicity of vegetation or insects, or from falling trees, branches, pine cones, uneven paving, or other damage caused by natural disasters, accidental and unforeseeable events, force majeure, or acts of God. The same applies to the loss, theft, or misappropriation of valuables not entrusted to the management for safekeeping;
2.14.4. the management shall not be held liable for damage to property or persons resulting from events occurring in the public area in front of the Centro Vacanze, nor within business units operated under lease agreements, such as the bars, restaurant, market, sports facilities, wellness center, etc. This exclusion of liability is particularly applicable in cases of improper use of sports facilities and playgrounds;
2.14.5. damage or injury resulting from taking part in any sports, recreational, or potentially dangerous activity, which is the exclusive responsibility of the person taking part, who personally accepts the risks and exempts the Management from any liability;
2.14.6. suspensions of water, electricity, or gas supply resulting from interruptions by the supplier, breakdowns, faults, or maintenance in general, which shall not entitle the guest to claim any compensation;
2.14.7. damage caused or suffered by unaccompanied minors in the use of sports equipment, playgrounds, public areas, toilet facilities, etc.;
2.14.8. damage resulting from the use of furniture and equipment provided in the accommodation units;
2.14.9. damage or nuisance caused by pets allowed in the Centro Vacanze;
2.14.10. damage to cars in the parking lots;
2.14.11. damage resulting from theft or attempted theft, total or partial, of caravans, RVs, tent trailers, pre-entrances or anything else parked within the Centro Vacanze, left unattended or after the closing date, unless custody has been agreed upon and, in this case, limited to the provisions of point 6.2.
2.15. In any case, the amount of any compensation or indemnity for unlawful acts will be equal to that determined by the Insurance Company, regardless of the actual extent of the damage suffered.
2.16. By signing these Regulations or even implicitly accepting them by accessing the Centro Vacanze Camping Spinnaker, you expressly authorize:
Guests of the Centro Vacanze are solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and equipment remain fully compliant with all relevant regulations at all times, and they agree to hold the Holiday Village and its Management harmless from any liability arising from non-compliance.
2.18. It is forbidden to obstruct the walkways within the Centro Vacanze with cables and/or any other device for deriving electrical energy; it is also forbidden to place them on the surrounding vegetation. It is not permitted to occupy more than one socket in the electrical distribution box. The Centro Vacanze staff is expressly authorized to immediately disconnect, without prior notice, any cable and/or other device affixed in violation of the aforementioned regulations. The same authorization is granted in the case of electrical connections that do not comply with current regulations. The use of electricity on the pitch is allowed exclusively for lighting, refrigerators, and televisions.

2.13.4. do not light fires outside the designated fire areas.

2.13.14. smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas where this prohibition is in force, as indicated by the appropriate signs.
2.14. In any case, the Management declines all responsibility for:
2.14.1. activities carried out by operators of business branches leased within the Centro Vacanze, such as bars, restaurants, markets, sports facilities, wellness centers, etc.;
2.14.2. the quality of packages for the part exceeding the accommodation;
2.14.3. the management shall not be held liable for damage to property or persons resulting from the toxicity of vegetation or insects, or from falling trees, branches, pine cones, uneven paving, or other damage caused by natural disasters, accidental and unforeseeable events, force majeure, or acts of God. The same applies to the loss, theft, or misappropriation of valuables not entrusted to the management for safekeeping;
2.14.4. the management shall not be held liable for damage to property or persons resulting from events occurring in the public area in front of the Centro Vacanze, nor within business units operated under lease agreements, such as the bars, restaurant, market, sports facilities, wellness center, etc. This exclusion of liability is particularly applicable in cases of improper use of sports facilities and playgrounds;
2.14.5. damage or injury resulting from taking part in any sports, recreational, or potentially dangerous activity, which is the exclusive responsibility of the person taking part, who personally accepts the risks and exempts the Management from any liability;
2.14.6. suspensions of water, electricity, or gas supply resulting from interruptions by the supplier, breakdowns, faults, or maintenance in general, which shall not entitle the guest to claim any compensation;
2.14.7. damage caused or suffered by unaccompanied minors in the use of sports equipment, playgrounds, public areas, toilet facilities, etc.;
2.14.8. damage resulting from the use of furniture and equipment provided in the accommodation units;
2.14.9. damage or nuisance caused by pets allowed in the Centro Vacanze;
2.14.10. damage to cars in the parking lots;
2.14.11. damage resulting from theft or attempted theft, total or partial, of caravans, RVs, tent trailers, pre-entrances or anything else parked within the Centro Vacanze, left unattended or after the closing date, unless custody has been agreed upon and, in this case, limited to the provisions of point 6.2.
2.15. In any case, the amount of any compensation or indemnity for unlawful acts will be equal to that determined by the Insurance Company, regardless of the actual extent of the damage suffered.
2.16. By signing these Regulations or even implicitly accepting them by accessing the Centro Vacanze Camping Spinnaker, you expressly authorize:
- the Centro Vacanze Camping Spinnaker to reserve the right to use, free of charge, for informational and promotional purposes, photographs or videos in which the contracting party, their family members, visitors, and guests, including minors under their parental authority, are depicted or recorded. By accepting this clause, the undersigned expressly waives any claim for compensation or indemnity of any kind;
- the use of personal data for sending information and advertising material.
Guests of the Centro Vacanze are solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and equipment remain fully compliant with all relevant regulations at all times, and they agree to hold the Holiday Village and its Management harmless from any liability arising from non-compliance.
2.18. It is forbidden to obstruct the walkways within the Centro Vacanze with cables and/or any other device for deriving electrical energy; it is also forbidden to place them on the surrounding vegetation. It is not permitted to occupy more than one socket in the electrical distribution box. The Centro Vacanze staff is expressly authorized to immediately disconnect, without prior notice, any cable and/or other device affixed in violation of the aforementioned regulations. The same authorization is granted in the case of electrical connections that do not comply with current regulations. The use of electricity on the pitch is allowed exclusively for lighting, refrigerators, and televisions.
Art 3. PARKING AND TRAFFIC CIRCULATION
3.0. Access to parking spaces is allowed only to cars belonging to guests staying in accommodation units or pitches, one per accommodation unit. Cars must be parked in the designated spaces.
3.1. Each car must be registered upon arrival. Please note that the Management does not assign specific parking spaces by name.
3.2. Traffic circulation within the Centro Vacanze is limited to the access roadways to parking lots “B” and “C” and exclusively during the following hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to midnight.
3.3. Upon arrival and departure days, access to internal roadways is allowed only to cars with caravans or trailers/tents and RVs. Otherwise, you must park your car in the parking lot and load or unload your goods from there. Short stops for loading/unloading goods are allowed only in the specifically designated areas.
3.4. With prior authorization from the Management and during the designated hours, it is permitted to load or unload goods that cannot be transported by hand or with the provided trolleys, as well as to accompany disabled persons to their pitch or accommodation unit.
3.5. Within the internal roads of the campsite, where vehicle access is permitted, cars must proceed at walking pace at all times. Motorcycles and mopeds must be pushed by hand. Bicycles and all similar forms of personal transport, including electric ones, must not exceed walking pace.
3.6. Parking cars and motorcycles along the roads and on the parking pitches is strictly prohibited, even if they are temporarily unoccupied. Cars may use the temporary parking area for a maximum of 15 minutes.
3.7. The parking areas are not supervised.

4.1. Guests may choose their pitch with the staff's assistance, but the final decision will be made by the Management. All equipment must be neatly arranged within the boundaries of the pitch. It is strictly forbidden to occupy, even temporarily, free pitches and the road with cars, tables, sun loungers, drying racks, or similar items. The installation of perimeter awnings that enclose both the caravan and the veranda is not permitted. It is not permitted to position caravans in such a way as to obstruct the opening of electricity distribution boxes or inspection hatches. For safety reasons, kitchenettes separated from the veranda must be set up within the pitch area, facing the road. The assigned pitch must be kept clean during your stay.
4.2. The published rates are on a daily basis and include: use of shared toilet facilities, hot water, one parking space per pitch, participation in entertainment activities, 10% VAT, and do not include any tourist tax.
4.3. Any changes to the length of the booked stay must be previously communicated and agreed with the Management.
4.4. The pitch must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
4.5. Shared toilet facilities include showers with hot water, toilets, washbasins, sinks for washing dishes and clothes, a baby room, bathrooms for disabled guests, and token-operated washing machines.
4.6. Parking for caravans, RVs, and trailer tents without occupants requires payment of a fee equal to the daily pitch rate.

Upon specific request by the guest, the Management reserves the right to grant special rates, depending on its internal organizational needs.
5.0. The special type A rate includes, for the entire opening period of the Centro Vacanze:
5.2. Guests who have been given special rates and wish to install a shading tarpaulin must use a dedicated structure that complies with the model approved and specified by the Management.
5.3. In the event of the installation of pre-entrances, authorized by the Management, the customer, by signing this Regulation, declares to be fully aware of the relevant regional and national provisions and, in particular, of the mobility requirements thereof (e.g., prohibition of direct and permanent connection to water, electricity, sewerage and gas systems, prohibition of installing fences, prohibition of paving, etc.), as well as the contents of these Regulations, in particular with regard to removal, precariousness and the temporary nature of the relationship limited only to the summer months when the Centro Vacanze is open (Article 1.10). Guests of the Centro Vacanze are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and equipment comply at all times with all applicable regulations. They also agree to hold the Centro Vacanze and Management harmless from any liability.
5.4. The accommodation contract that has special rates is for a specific person and is only valid for the family of the person who signed it. It can't be transferred and only one family is allowed during the season. Transferring or taking over the special rate isn't permitted without the prior consent of the Management.
5.5. Guests who benefit from a special rate must vacate the pitch of all persons and belongings (Art. 1.10) by the deadline specified in the contract.
5.6. The corresponding for special rates are due in full, regardless of whether or not the entire group is present; in exceptional cases, in case of serious problems and upon prior agreement with the management, it may be possible to authorize relatives or friends to take over.
5.7. The presence of dogs must always be declared upon confirmation of the booking, keeping in mind that the campsite accepts small-sized dogs and a maximum of 1 dog per pitch.
Upon specific request by the guest, the Management reserves the right to grant special rates, depending on its internal organizational needs.
5.0. The special type A rate includes, for the entire opening period of the Centro Vacanze:
- rental of the pitch and a parking space;
- stay of a group of up to 4 people simultaneously per pitch;
- use of the services described in point 4.5;
- participation in entertainment activities;
- use of electricity and water connections;
- VAT at the rate of 10%.
5.2. Guests who have been given special rates and wish to install a shading tarpaulin must use a dedicated structure that complies with the model approved and specified by the Management.

6.0. During the periods when the Centro Vacanze is closed, the Management reserves the right to store guests’ accommodation units and related accessories, provided they are not in use.
6.1. Outdoor storage of caravans, RVs, trailer tents, awnings or similar equipment is available from the closing day until the opening day of the following season. This service must be arranged and paid for in advance, no later than August 31st.
6.2. The storage service includes the moving of the vehicle and insurance cover against total theft and fire. Any damage, if ascertained, will be compensated only to the extent determined by the Insurance Company. In any case, compensation for partial damage and theft of caravans, tents, RVs and similar vehicles, as well as their internal equipment, is excluded.
6.0. During the periods when the Centro Vacanze is closed, the Management reserves the right to store guests’ accommodation units and related accessories, provided they are not in use.

7.2. The published prices refer to weekly rental per accommodation unit, differentiated by type, and include initial and final cleaning, water, electricity, and gas consumption, parking for one car, participation in entertainment activities and 10% VAT. They do not include any tourist tax.
7.3. Any promotional offers are valid while supplies last.
7.4. The entrance key to the accommodation unit must be returned before departure; a fee of €50.00 will be charged for each key not returned.
7.5. Accommodation units are normally rented for entire weeks. They are handed over between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, according to the handover times defined by the Management and communicated with sufficient notice to ensure the scheduled and staggered arrival of guests. They must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
7.6. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation units unless expressly permitted by the Management.
7.7. Linen must be hung exclusively on the drying racks provided for each accommodation unit. It is forbidden to tie clotheslines to the accommodation units or trees.
7.8. Bookings must be respected within the agreed terms. Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle guests to refunds or price reductions; in any case, the full amount for the stay is due.
7.9. The accommodation units, equipment, and internal amenities must be returned intact and in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the stay. Guests agree to take care of the assigned items and not to move the furniture without authorization. The Management reserves the right to carry out checks during the stay and before departure. Any damage, removal, or tampering will result in compensation being charged to the guest.
7.10. Upon check-in, guests staying in accommodation units may be asked to pay a security deposit, which does not accrue interest, as a guarantee against any damage to property, equipment, or furnishings. The deposit will be returned upon departure. The Management reserves the right to claim compensation for any additional damage caused.

8.2. The service includes the minimum rental of one beach umbrella and two sunbeds. Each beach umbrella can accommodate a maximum of four people; therefore, we recommend not exceeding this number to avoid unpleasant crowding.
8.3. The assignment of beach umbrellas is at the discretion of the Management.
8.4. No refunds will be given for any reason (change of mind, bad weather, high tide, storm surges, natural disasters, etc.).
8.5. For each beach spot, additional sunbeds may be assigned for a fee, subject to availability.
8.6. Chairs or sunbeds cannot be taken from other beach spots.
8.7. Chairs and sunbeds cannot be moved from the beach spot, for example to invade the space of the neighboring spot.
8.8. It is not permitted to behave in an improper or inappropriate manner or in any way that may cause disturbance to other guests. If necessary, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
8.9. The guest must use the equipment with the utmost care, avoiding damage, and promptly reporting any malfunction to the Management. Guests are required to compensate for any damage caused, intentionally or accidentally, to equipment owned by the Centro Vacanze.
8.10. The Centro Vacanze is not responsible for any reason for items and/or materials belonging to the guest that are damaged or stolen inside or outside the premises; for this reason, we recommend that you do not leave money, valuables in general, clothing, toys, mats, or any other personal items unattended.
8.11. It is forbidden to place your own deckchairs, sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas, parasols, tents, beach towels, and any other installations or equipment in the areas and zones under concession to the Centro Vacanze.
8.12. Sports activities and games are only allowed in the areas behind the umbrellas, if set up for this purpose. We accept no liability for damage to property or people caused by participating in sports activities.
8.13. For safety reasons relating to tourists, holes dug in the sand for play, which must be small in size, must always be covered after use.
8.14. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or other rubbish on the beach.
8.15. It is forbidden to place umbrellas, deck chairs, towels, recreational units, or any other items within 5 meters of the shoreline that may obstruct passage, swimming, or lifeguard operations.
8.16. It is forbidden to light fires on the beach; those who violate this provision will be reported to the responsible Public Safety Authorities.
8.17. The Centro Vacanze carries out rescue and first aid activities in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Regulations for the use of Maritime State Property and the Municipal Ordinance - Regulation of Bathing Activities.
8.18. Meaning of the displayed flag:
8.20. To protect guests' safety, the Management reserves the right to suspend the service in case of bad weather.
8.21. On windy days, beach umbrellas must remain closed at all times. In such circumstances, all guests are required to follow the instructions of the beach staff.
8.22. It is forbidden to stay on the lifeguard rescue boat, touch the equipment provided for this purpose, or remain in the area of the lifeguard turret.
8.23. Guests must comply with the provisions of these Regulations, the Municipal Ordinances and Port Authority Regulations, and the Municipal Regulations for the use of Maritime State Property.

8.18. Meaning of the displayed flag:
- WHITE: lifeguard service active and weather conditions ideal and safe for sea bathing;
- RED: danger or lack of lifeguard service! – Sea bathing not recommended.

Art 9. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT METHODS
9.0. No booking rights are recognized in the absence of a deposit or down payment. The booking is considered finalized, with the resulting conclusion of the contract, only when the Management sends the related confirmation to the guest after receiving the deposit or down payment.
9.1. Pitches are definitively booked upon payment of a deposit equal to the price of the pitch for the days booked.
9.2. During the high season, reservations for pitches are only accepted for a minimum stay of two weeks.
9.3. The Management reserves the right to change the number of pitches assigned due to organizational requirements or force majeure.
9.4. The booking of the accommodation unit becomes definitive upon payment of the deposit or down payment. For weeks on offer, the full amount may be requested at the time of booking. The Management reserves the right to proceed with “pre-authorization for withdrawal” on credit cards provided as a guarantee for bookings.
9.5. If you are eligible for special rates, a deposit of €1,500.00 for special rate type A and of €500.00 for special rate type B is required by March 31.
9.6. Except for prepayment if requested by the Management, at its sole discretion, the balance of the amounts due must be paid:

9.2. During the high season, reservations for pitches are only accepted for a minimum stay of two weeks.
9.3. The Management reserves the right to change the number of pitches assigned due to organizational requirements or force majeure.
9.4. The booking of the accommodation unit becomes definitive upon payment of the deposit or down payment. For weeks on offer, the full amount may be requested at the time of booking. The Management reserves the right to proceed with “pre-authorization for withdrawal” on credit cards provided as a guarantee for bookings.
9.5. If you are eligible for special rates, a deposit of €1,500.00 for special rate type A and of €500.00 for special rate type B is required by March 31.
9.6. Except for prepayment if requested by the Management, at its sole discretion, the balance of the amounts due must be paid:
- for accommodation units upon arrival and no later;
- for pitches no later than the day before departure;
- for the special rate type A no later than July 30;
- for the special rate type B, no later than June 30.

13.1. These regulations are governed by Italian law. For any matters of interpretation or for anything not explicitly covered, reference will be made to the applicable legal provisions, or in their absence, to recognized Italian customs and practices.
13.2. Any tolerance by the Management regarding behaviour by guests and/or their visitors that is in violation of these regulations does not constitute a waiver of the rights to which it is entitled under the terms of these regulations.

8. containers for gas, explosives, liquids, or flammable substances must comply with current regulations;
9. install portable LPG containers in an upright position above ground, with the valve at the top, protected from accidental impact and sunlight, with an easily accessible shut-off valve;
10. connect the portable LPG containers, the pressure regulator, and the appliance using suitable pipes, in accordance with best practice;
11. do not transfer LPG from portable containers or from portable containers to tanks of LPG-powered vehicles;
12. do not park cars close to residential units;
13. keep the areas between tents and caravans clean, tidy, and do not use them as storage areas for combustible or flammable materials;
